DESERT COLOR

I have undertaken a project for artists, especially paintersa, watercolorists, but also for designers and architects. the goal is to document through fine art photographs the enormous color variation that lies at our feet in the deserts oof the American Southwest.  This is to be a compilation of the subtle colors of sage, creosote, cactus, brush, rock, and sandstone. to be used a reference for artists that paint , or design. from memory for photographs. most pass by the desert landscape without realizing the beauty that lies within. And that is for me to discover. these few photographs are the start of this project, one that will be ongoing and hopefully conclude with a book for artists.
